To update your renewed license(s), locate your updated license file. If you don't have an email from our licensing@redtransitconsultants.com with the updated license file, you can download from the portal below using any of the email address(es) we have on file.

In the portal, licenses are stored by CPU name under each App separately. If you subscribe to multiple Red Transit Consultants Apps, you can use the Download Merged Licenses to download a single license file of all Apps for the same CPU names. Alternatively, expand the corresponding App section and use the Download button for the CPU Name needed.
Next, replace the contents of the previous license file on your computer with the contents of the new license. If you are not sure where the previous license file is saved, please follow these instructions:
- Go to Registry Editor.
- Browse to: Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\FLEXlm License Manager
- Click on the key: “FLEXRTC_LICENSE_FILE”
- Note the path to the license file and perform the task mentioned above.
Updated App Installers can now be downloaded from our website at the link below should you need to find an updated version to support a newer version of AutoCAD Civil 3D. Just download the installer, close AutoCAD Civil 3D, and install the updated version. Installers will support the versions shown on the website.
