The Red Transit Consultants account portal was created to give customers a way to view their contact information, subscribed products, and licenses of those products. This article provides a bit more explanation to the portal.

Following along with the screenshot below:

1. Email list:

Our primary email list allows for 3 contacts to be added to the account. These contacts are able to login to the account       and are setup to receive all email communications sent out by Red Transit.

We have an additional Supporting Email list (not shown) that allows only for accessing the account.

2. Company Name:

This displays the name of your company we have on record. Additionally, we store information such as full address,           phone number and primary contact. We do not display this information here currently for privacy purposes.

3. Subscribed Products Buttons

Buttons in this section perform actions for all subscribed products.

Download Merged Licenses: This button looks through all subscribed products and compares computer names on the       licenses. If the Computer names match, the Flexera License data is then combined into one license file for each unique       computer name. A license file is provided for each unique computer name.

4. Product Tabs:

For each product, varying tabs will display based upon your subscription. A description for each tab you could see is           shown below.

Annual Subscription Licenses: Displays for annual subscriptions. Shows the number of licenses subscribed, licenses             used, and licenses available.
