Transfer License via Account Portal

1. Request to Transfer


To transfer a license via the Account Portal, you must first contact licensing@redtransitconsultants.com regarding your request. Once approved, an agent will modify the account to allow for transferring a license. Once complete, proceed through these instructions.


2. Perform the Transfer


Login to the account portal, scroll to the desired app section, expand the List of Active Licenses, and then click on the Transfer License button.



3. Perform the License Transfer


Depending on the current license type you are transferring, it will allow for transferring only to the same license type, Network or Standalone. Fill in the required information and click perform transfer. Note: if you are transferring multiple apps for the same computer, you will need to perform this action on each app's license.
