“Cannot connect to License Server System (-15,570)” and FlexNet License Finder will not appear.
Registry value is likely not getting created to set the license file.
  1. Go to Registry Editor.
  2. Browse to: Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\FLEXlm License Manager
  3. Check for key: “FLEXRTC_LICENSE_FILE”
  4. If it does not exist, add it.
  5. Manually set the value to the path to the license file with the license file name in the path.
            IE: C:\Users\steve\Desktop\Licenses\MyComputerOnly\expired.lic
"Feature has expire (-10,32)"
License for the feature is expired and needs to be updated.
Obtain an updated license file and replace the license file with the new license. If you are unsure of where the license file was saved last, do the following:

  1. Go to Registry Editor.
  2. Browse to: Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\FLEXlm License Manager
  3. Click on the key: “FLEXRTC_LICENSE_FILE”
  4. Read the path to the license file
