Issue: After installation, when opening Civil 3D, the Pipe Network Productivity Tools ribbon does not appear.
Description: This issue has to do with Windows not installing the files into the user's documents folder. Follow the instructions below to correct the issue:
1. Use the link below and download the ZIP file.

2. After download - please be sure to unblock the ZIP.
3. Extract the contents of the Zip folder to the following directory. Be sure to insert the current user name in place of <%INSERTUSERNAME%>
C:\Users\<%INSERTUSERNAME%>\Documents\
4. Close and reopen Civil 3D one or two times and the ribbon should then appear and be ready for use.
