Hotfix 3 on 7/31/2026 (Hotfix version matches main product Pipe Network Productivity Tools)

	Bug Fixes
	General: Resolved an issue with the Network License WhoHas utility not being able to connect to license. Due to complaints of it's own ribbon tab, we went back to having this tool show up on the AddIns tab within Civil 3D.
	Slope Across Pipes (Single): Fixed issue where selecting a pipe end was returning the incorrect pipe end elevation. Specifically the issue existed in Plan view but not Profile.
	Slope Across Pipes (Multiple): Fixed issue where selecting a pipe end was returning the incorrect pipe end elevation.
