General:

Updated the Network License Usage Visualizer tool
Updated the Network License Borrow Utility
Updated the Standalone License HostId Generator Utility
Resolved an issue where importing settings to a drawing file would sometimes fatal error
Corrected issue in installer where settings was not installing for all users on the computer.

Ribbon:

Resolved an issue with the ribbon tab dropping off after another app or cuix file was programmatically loaded.
