To determine who is using a Network License, you can perform the action a couple of different ways.
Method 1:
On the server, use LMTOOLs and use the Perform Status Inquiry button. The output will show you all the vendor daemons loaded within LMTOOLs. You will need to browse though and find FLEXRTC section and see who is using the licenses. The report will look something like example output below.
Method 2:
- Open a windows command prompt.
- On the command prompt, type the following
- cd/
- For the directory path, you need to use the App's Bundle installation location, then go into the Contents\Win64 folder. You'll need to browse to Windows Explorer and locate the app bundle name. For Pipe Network Productivity Tools, the bundle directory is: C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\ApplicationPlugins\RTCL_PipeNetworkTools.Bundle\Contents\Win64
- In the command prompt, type CD "Right click and paste your path here" Hit enter to browse into that path
- Next, you need to know your license server name location to fill in the prompt. Once you do you can type the following in the command prompt
- lmutil lmstat -a -c @YourServerName > CADLicenseUse.txt
- Back in windows explorer in the app directory from Step 2B, you should find a CADLicenseUse.txt file that contains your output. The output will show you all the vendor daemons loaded within LMTOOLs. You will need to browse though and find FLEXRTC section and see who is using the licenses. The report will look something like example output below.
