Unfortunately this is a known issue with the AutoCAD STARTUP variable. If startup is set to something other than the default value of 3, the commands will not execute. We have been working with the app store team on a resolution that allows for changing the STARTUP variable to something other than default, but do not have one at this time.
To resolve for now, in AutoCAD, type STARTUP and set the value to 3. Close and reopen AutoCAD and then try the tools again. They should work properly.
