To activate the app, follow these short steps:

 1.    Install the MSI downloaded from the Autodesk App Store, then open the corresponding product the app runs on             - AutoCAD or AutoCAD Civil 3D.

If you did not receive the MSI installer, we apologize for this inconvenience. You can download the latest installer         version at the link below:

2.    Upon opening AutoCAD or AutoCAD Civil 3D, the app will automatically load up. To find the corresponding ribbon         tab for the tools associated to the app, please use the table below:

3.    Execute a command from the Apps installed ribbon tab, depending on the app you'll be prompted with the                     corresponding form of licensing. Use the table above to know which licensing is on the app currently. (We are               working on transitioning all our apps to Flexera)

        Flexera Licensing

You should be prompted with a Flexera License Finder dialog message. On the Flexera License Finder Dialog,                   browse to the location in which you saved the license file received.

If you do not see the Flexera License Finder Dialog, it could be because you are using another one of our products         or have in the past. If you have another one of our products, you should save your trial license from the email or           any standalone licenses in the same directory previously used for simplicity.

If you are using a network license, follow the Trial License Instructions to append the registry key with your new             license path.

        Manual Request and Activation Codes

You should have received an email with a unique link to the license portal in which you can generate your license.         If you did not, simply send the Reques code to support@redtransitconsultants.com along with proof of purchase          of the app so we can locate the account information. We'll follow back up with a Activation code.

  4.    The app should now be functional. If the installed app is using Flexera licensing, keep in mind the Trial license is             only good for one month. You will need to submit the proper computer information through our license portal               as per the email instructions. If there's any issues, please do not hesitate to email                 support@redtransitconsultants.com.
