Does the product support True Colors?
Yes! The product supports all colors offered by AutoCAD. AutoCAD Colors, True Colors, and Color Books.
Is there any additional support information provided?
Within the product, there is a Support button with a YouTube playlist with short videos on each of the tools. Additionally, there is a help button or used the F1 command on any of the ribbon buttons to launch the in-app help page.
At any time, simply email support@redtransitconsultants.com, and provide the application plugin name or command name and a detailed description of the error that occurred.
We will get back with you as soon as possible and determine a solution to the issue.
