	Create Crossings Table: Corrected an issue where if a crossing table was already created, then the style was updated to remove column and/or add column, the table did not reflect the correct style changes. Corrected an issue where if the user had used DVIEW TWIST and the orientation was rotated, placing a table it would appear off from where the user selected.
