General:

  • Added support for Civil 3D 2025
  • Added support for Civil 3D 2026
  • Installation location for all versions has been revised to the following path per 2026 release requirements: C:\Program Files\Autodesk\ApplicationPlugins
Ribbon:
  • Updated ribbon with enhancement changes
  • Ribbon tab named LGT
Settings:
  • Reformatted the settings for easier understanding of various components
  • Settings are for Type B lot only. Type A and C will be coming in another update.
  • General Tab:
    • Added ability to Reset settings to default out of the box
    • Added ability to Save settings XML file
    • Added ability to Load settings XML file
    • Added a Style control for Secondary Pad offset line
    • Added a Style control for Minimum Grade Check lines
  • Lot Lines Tab:
    • Added controls for Elevation of A - ability to use Feature Line's Elevation or a Surface's elevation
    • Added section for Front Elevation Point D (between points A and B).
    • Added section for Rear Elevation Point E (between points B and C).
  • Pad Tab:
    • Added section for Pad Adjacent Ground Grade Check (IBC Check) IBC = International Building Code
  • Pad Offsets Tab:
    • Added section for secondary pad offset

Type B (Lot Grader):

  • Lot Grader button has now changed to specifically be for Type B lots. We will be adding Type A and C in near future.
  • Added ability to inherit A elevation from a surface
  • Added ability to perform Pad Adjacent Ground Grade Check (IBC Check) IBC = International Building Code
  • Added ability to insert additional lot line grade break points D and E. Front Elevation Point D (between points A and B) and Rear Elevation Point E (between points B and C).
  • Added ability to do a secondary pad offset line established from the first pad offset line.
Hold C Evaluation:
  • Opens report on Hold C evaluation where applicable. Appears after running command with holding C elevation.
Insert Points D and E:
  • Secondary command that allows for adding D and E points to individual lots if desired. Front Elevation Point D (between points A and B) and Rear Elevation Point E (between points B and C). 
Report Console:
  • Opens report console to the last executions data reported for viewing.
