Bug Fixes:
Network Quantities Label: Resolved issue where for some users and some computers, the Depth Ranges dialog would not show the Add/Remove Range buttons.
Slope Across Pipes and Associated Tools: Resolved and issue with some files edited with versions prior 2.0.0.3, unable to run Slope Across Pipes due to issues in the XDATA. New versions, the XDATA formatting changed and this resolves some additional formatting issues encountered.
Installer: Resolved an issue in installer to allow it to overwrite previous versions installed.
